Our Tree Donation Scheme

Newman Landscapes Ltd is dedicated to helping sustain the United Kingdoms green spaces. Trees and hedgerows are some of the most powerful tools we have in the fight against climate change. These green spaces can be anywhere from a residential back garden to a carpark on an industrial estate, from wide open, manicured landscapes to a grass verge on a canal tow path. No matter the size these oases of nature are a valuable commodity.

Over the course of a year, Newman Landscapes Ltd Tree Team is called to remove numerous trees. Tree removals are usually due to the tree being a danger to human life or property. In some cases, tree removal may be required to promote other natural growth in an area. To balance this out Newman Landscapes Ltd donates trees to their customers so a replacement tree can be planted. It is not always possible to replant in the area that the original tree has been felled, so, a sapling will be planted in another area.

Over the past 10 years Newman Landscapes Ltd has planted thousands of trees, but we are aware that this is not enough. Starting in 2022 Newman Landscapes Ltd has started a tree donation scheme. All existing and future customers will be offered to have a tree planted in their site. As the first five years of a tree’s life is vitally important, Newman Landscapes Ltd, Tree Experts will help the trees new owners to take care of their sapling.
